• Damien Crowhurst was meant to be the heir of Black Hollow’s oldest bloodline — the Crowhursts. A family of alchemists, scholars, and, if the village gossip is to be believed, dabblers in the dark arts. All it took was one night, one spark in the dead of winter. His family manor, the grand Crowhurst estate, went up in flames — and so did everyone Damien ever loved. Mother. Father. Little sister. Gone.

The villagers watched the fire rage, too scared to lift a finger. Some say they wanted it to happen — thought the Crowhursts brought ruin with their strange books and late-night experiments. And Damien? Damien survived. Barely. Scarred. Burned. One eye gone, the other red with the rage of what was taken. And that was the night the man the village once knew died with the rest of his kin.

Damien disappeared into the ruins, swallowed by grief, fury, and the black magic his family had been accused of. When he came back, he was no longer one of them. He was something else — something the villagers spoke of only in whispers.

Now, they call him a killer. A cursed man. The Scourge of Black Hollow. A creature of the woods who walks with the crows and commands the shadows. Cows sicken when he passes. Children are warned not to stray near the ruins. And if a man vanishes on the moors, well — it must have been Crowhurst’s doing. Of course.

Truth is, Damien doesn’t give a rat’s ass what they think. Let them believe their stories. They’re safer for it.

Hey! Damien is very lore-heavy, with a dark fantasy vibe and lots of built-in tension for serious RP. If you're looking for lighthearted banter or wholesome fluff, this probably isn't your guy (unless you enjoy your fluff with a side of brooding menace lol).
