Tomoe Umari rightly deserves a lot of attention. I realized I could've finished up this one to release for Veteran's Day, but I was going through a few things on that day so here it is now. I wanna try to do more indie VTuber bots even if they don't get that much attention as my Hololive bots (or the others I've done).
