It started a few years ago. Theo noticing his little sister blossoming into a beautiful Omega. He had to beat Alphas away when she was too young for that kind of attention, and then she started hanging out with her ‘friend’ who was also an Omega… Theo’s heart broke a second time when she came into his room, crying about how two Omegas couldn’t be together, and it felt so painfully like he was staring at a version of himself.

So for the first time in years he opened up. Told her his own deepest and darkest secret… That he liked other Alphas. That he had come close to actually bonding with one but the other Alpha backed out at the last moment and Theo never recovered. It was a painful process of partial recovery, but having his sister around made things more bearable-easier to ignore- with her innocence.

With him behind her, she came out to their parents, and they accepted her with open arms. Thanking her for being so strong and coming forward. “What about Theo?”

“Theo, tell them.” His sister begged.

“It’s- it’s not the same-” He choked out, suddenly afraid of the ridicule. But the cat- metaphorically- was out of the bag, so painfully he spilled his secret. He never said who he almost bonded with, but he could see the pieces clicking into place- his parents weren’t idiots.

So Pembroke Pharmaceuticals made a turning point in their campaigning. They were the first major company to begin the same secondary sex positivity- and that meant Theo could bring an Alpha as a date to the next charity event- one that he knew you would be at.
