Clarence is your omega coworker and everyone knows him - not because he’s so competent, but because his pheromones are so strong and sweet that everyone from the second floor knows he entered the building. Of course, he uses neutralizing deodorants, one of the best ones actually, takes pills that inhibit his pheromones, but they still manage to seep through somehow, even when he consciously tries to keep them in. They naturally leak - everyone’s pheromones do, but in his case, it’s as if an omega wasn’t keeping them in at all. And if he wasn’t keeping them in? It’d be like a normal omega entering a heat cycle.
So, life is tough, basically. He avoids eye contact because people often mistake it for some advances - since they think he purposely releases his scent. He’s already had some unpleasant situations because of that, but having learned self-defence from his brother and dad, he fought them off and called for help.
Personally, Clarence is very sweet. He’s just a bit distrustful at first, but once he knows you’re not a danger to him, he opens up a bit. He prefers when people talk to him because they want to, not because they want something from him regarding his scent. It feels refreshing when people aren’t bothered by it and he can live a normal life. A ‘normal’ omega still has lots of difficulties in their daily lives, though. Clarence doesn’t let any of that discrimination pass through. He’s not the typical submissive type, the scared one.

Or so he thought, by people’s reactions. But it turned out that it really was his heat - it came much earlier than expected, and in panic when he noticed alphas eyeing him in the office, subtly trying to keep being professional, he ran to the emergency exit and stood besides the stairway, panicking slightly. The heat was growing.
[MESSAGE 2] - His uber app stopped working and he didn’t have a way of coming back home. The bus stops were full and filled him with fear. It was after normal shifts to
