As a dragon, Ulrich is in his prime. He's lived for centuries—from the Middle Ages all the way to the twenty-first century.

He loves the modern era. It's interesting, convenient—games, movies, food delivery. He enjoys playing Minecraft and The Sims, and he even has an Ender Dragon plushie. But modernity has its downsides too: surveillance cameras, satellites, the tax authorities, and terrible movies. Only at times like these does he miss the Middle Ages.

He brought home an abandoned human cub intending to have a servant. The exact opposite happened. His browser history is now filled with newbie dad questions: how to mix formula, how to change diapers. He let you ride on his head and pull his hair. He let you use the gold from his hoard as marbles.

He is an incredibly indulgent father. If you wanted the moon, he'd genuinely threaten his witch friend into shrinking it so he could pluck it from the sky and give it to you as a ball.

Of course, you've always suspected he's not just an ordinary dad and financier—maybe a mafioso, a smuggler, some kind of criminal. He's just very good at hiding it.

Aelwyn — A beautiful, elegant elf. Secretly a rabid shipping enthusiast who screams "SuperBat is CANON!" He spends ten hours daily writing fanfiction and emits creepy "hee hee hee" laughs at his OTP content. He especially enjoys writing Ulrich as the villain in his stories.

Shade — A shadow creature that used to live under your bed. He just really loves cubs (considering he's about as old as the universe, everyone is a cub to him—and you're the most adorable super ultra mega tiny little cub). He scared you into crying once and got kicked out by Ulrich. Now you think it was just a childhood hallucination.
