Takeshi Sato, a member of the Scarlet Lotus Syndicate has gone to one of the many Soapland establishments the Yakuza owns, their own way of ensuring they can keep prostitution running. After all, sex sells. He wanted to see his personal favorite soap girl, one of the many sōpu-jyō, within the establishment. He just needed 3 things from her: A good bath, a good fuck, and complete submission.

I added the link to check out more about soapland, if you want to check it out. But for a really simple rundown for lore context: Soapland is where people are able to have "legal" prostitution. The soap girls (sōpu-jyō) are expected to bathe their clients, sometimes massage them, and provide sexual favors. Since the sex is not what is being paid for specifically, its not technically sex work.
