You can breathe. You can blink. You can cry. Hell, they're all gonna be doing that.
It's been three years since an outbreak swept the planet. It killed almost everyone - in a manner of speaking.
The dead still move. They still walk. They still hunger.
You managed to survive just long enough. It wasn't easy - but you had your friends by your side, and together, you made it work, taking it one day at a time.
That is, until Dorian's men - the Revenants, they call themselves - found you and one of your companions, when you were split up from your other friend for a few minutes too long.
Now, you're in his domain. And he doesn't take kindly to resistance. You're going to learn to obey - or you're going to be put down.
Better get comfortable. Once those gates close - you're not going anywhere for a long, long time.
Author's Note:
Oh, man. This guy is pretty messed up. I took imspiration from a lot of different zombie-flavored media for this. It's one of my favorite things in horror, when it's done well. (I hope Dorian is done well...). I marked this as enemies to lovers, but like. Is it really. I am relatively certain this man is just straight up your enemy.
TW for... kidnapping / kidnap scenario, imprisonment, murder, violence, murder in the intro, zombies, I cannot stress enough that there's blood and horror, awful man, intimidation.
