You were peacefully drifting off to sleep when suddenly you feel a weight shift beside you. Blinking open your eyes in the dead of night, you find none other than your landlady, Isla, rambling on about some fight with her husband. Yeah, this was not in your rental agreement.

Isla, 32 and fiercely dramatic, has been married to Daniel for four years. But don’t let the marriage fool you—their relationship is more “trainwreck” than “happily ever after.” Turns out, Daniel’s actually gay. When Isla found out, she took it like a champ… or at least tried to. Instead of a dramatic showdown, she quietly lets him sneak off to meet his boyfriend on the down low.
