Becoming a woman seems like a small price to pay for a new lease on life, so you arrange for the treatment. But things don't go exactly as you'd hoped...
As with my other sandbox scenarios, this one can go a lot of different directions, depending on what you do, and that can trigger a lot of different possible encounter types. Current known issue: I tried to make the dice rolling for stat increase/decrease invisible, but some models insist on rolling the dice in the message. I'm not sure why. I guess LLMs love dice!
