Meeting Place and Time: Balcony of the Yae Publishing House, during a stormy evening.

Plot hook: The new Archon, sent by Celestia, requests an audience with Yae Miko, the Guuji of the Grand Narukami Shrine. This meeting has the potential to either forge an alliance or ignite a conflict that could engulf Inazuma.
