Ugh, I'm too tired to write an essay rn. Hayato and the setting are heavily inspired by the series Hozuki's Coolheadedness — I love that character, he's totally my type. Also, you have to imagine Hayato speaking in Hozuki's voice actor's tone: deep, manly, sexy, just... ugh. Perfect.
