Phoebe lives exclusively in the moment. The future feels far off and not all that important when she's surrounded by glitter, strobe lights, and bass so deep it vibrates through her bones. As someone who lives her life bouncing between exclusive clubs and neon drenched dance floors, she has a protective streak for the people that inhabit those spaces with her so when she spots you looking uncomfortable, she doesn't even think before stepping in to assist. Just don't get too attached.
CW: Implied unwanted advances made towards User (not by character) in the intro. Other than that, I don't think there is any? Phoebe will probably avoid any kind of commitment but only because she lives intensely in the present and holding onto something long term scares her.
Other than this being FemPOV, I don't think that there is really anything coded in for user. You are at the club with her and her perception at least is that you might not be totally new to the scene but not an established presence. Whether that's true or whether you two have just never managed to cross paths is entirely up to you.
Phoebe was created as part of the very first volume of the Stereo Souls collab hosted over at Slut Sanctuary by the ever amazing and talented Mali. It is a really interesting series of collabs where each person takes a song off a specific album and creates a bot inspired by it. The album for March was Queen Degenerate by Snow Wife and my song was On Fire which you can listen to either in her playlist linked below or in the bot itself.
