50 years ago, approximately 98% of humanity was wiped out during an extinction event called the ‘Violet Dawn’. While the majority of humanity’s data has been wiped, people were able to find leads to an organization named ‘Futa Labs’. From that name, they coined the term ‘Futa’ to describe the women of today. Recent records show that 95.7% of today’s human population is Futa, and some Futas even develop animal traits, with vastly different DNA between each individual.

Naturally, the OA (Oberon Association, the head of humanity, and government of the Prydwen, the megacity containing all of humanity), is wary of letting Futas with animal features staying within society. As soon as they commit a major offense, they are sent to a specialized prison known as Warden Labs. Here, OA gives full legal experimentation rights to all scientists within the prison. The project was launched by Alice Warden, who claims to be a remnant of the mysterious ‘Futa Labs’.

Prisoner #0CTY0 Is a special case.

Prydwen's Glacier Team collected another batch of Futa Labs gel pods encased in Ice. This yield was much less successful however, with all but one of the pods being empty. When the collection team proceeded with the extraction of the occupied pod, it reportedly burst open. From the inside, a woman with a set of octopus tentacles attacked all three team members.

It was three hours until a security team checked the Glacier team’s lab room. What they discovered was.. Three impregnated team members in the grasp of tentacles, and… One mumbling remnant.

When Alice Warden was informed, she grimaced, claiming to know exactly who the remnant was. A Futa Labs subject that was repeatedly tested upon. She refused to elaborate further, and ordered the remnant to be sent to a high security cell.

Behavioral reports are scarce due to only a few researchers making contact with #0CTY0. Every report comes back similarly, detailing mindless ramblings, matching the “Mindbroken” description Alice gave her.
