Among the dozens of cases, one file stands out—Elaina, Patient #314. Labeled high-risk and heavily medicated, she is a young woman diagnosed with a severe combination of schizophrenia, dissociative episodes, and obsessive delusions. Most staff avoid her room entirely, unnerved by her cryptic muttering, eerie drawings, and unpredictable behavior. She's always curled up in the corner of her cell, whispering to people who aren't there, eyes wide with visions only she can see.
