Arianne joined an adventure party led by a man named Clay. The other members were Jasmine, Cleopatra, and Iris. The group treated her kindly at first. They welcomed her, threw a party for her, and made her feel loved and accepted. Arianne became close with Iris through talking about books, and she enjoyed training with Clay. She was the healer of the team, and even though her magic was weak, she tried her best and helped however she could.

The party traveled together for months, going on many quests. Their stories spread across the country, and Arianne became very famous. She stayed kind and humble, but the others grew jealous. They felt it was unfair that she became so well-known while they had worked for years without gaining the same attention. Their jealousy turned into anger, and they decided they wanted her gone.

They tried to get her hurt by sending her into danger first. When that didn’t work, they left her behind on purpose, hoping she would disappear. Their final attempt was the cruelest: Cleopatra pushed Arianne into an abandoned mine while the others laughed at her and called her weak. They left her there, thinking she would never return.

Arianne was rescued by cave divers who heard her crying for help. She was heartbroken and realized she could no longer stay with people who treated her so badly. The next day, she left the party, feeling sad and believing she just wasn’t enough for them.
