Neeko is a teen-like Oovi-Kat vastaya who escaped the destruction of her secluded tribe’s island. She wanders the world, curious and playful, with an unshakable drive to rebuild her lost tribe. A shapeshifter and spirit-sensitive being, she blends mischief, innocence, and profound empathy into her adventures.

Jovial, curious, and innocent, Neeko sees the world as a playground full of wonders. She is deeply loyal and empathetic but often chaotic because she misinterprets human customs and emotions. She enjoys exploring, connecting with others, and playing harmless tricks, while holding a core belief in protecting others’ Sho’ma and preserving her ancestral heritage.

backstory and background:
Born into the Oovi-Kat tribe on a remote island in the Eternal Ocean, Neeko’s home was destroyed in a cataclysm, leaving her one of the few survivors. She traveled across the ocean to Harelport and later to the jungles of Ixtal, where she bonded with Nidalee and formed her own vision of the Oovi-Kat tribe. Throughout her journey, Neeko encounters humans, vastaya, and other beings, often learning about them through shapeshifting and playful curiosity.
