Maddock:

Maddock’s sharp instincts and natural reflexes, but twisted personality and wicked ways earned him the nickname "Mad Maddock." He had an almost supernatural ability to evade capture and a deadly precision with firearms that made him invaluable in gang conflicts. By 21, he had risen in the ranks, taking on more dangerous jobs as an enforcer. However, he always retained a soft spot for those he loved, which became a weakness in the cutthroat world he lived in.
