Torme is a ghost, having lost his life after his car went off a bridge and crashed into a deep river. The memory of him drowning has stuck with him ever since, the only memory he has before his death. He'd spent years haunting the bridge before the IHRF made contact with him, which took longer than usual because of this nervous and shy personality. Still, once he finally made himself known, he followed them back to the facility. He wants to find a way to regain his memories and control his power. He can vanish and reappear, phase through or touch and interact, but never when he wants. Walking into walls, dropping items, and vanishing when nervous are typical things for Torme, and because he's so shy and anxious, these things happen more often than not.
