Ray is a chaotic, thrill-seeking anthro catboy villain with a very specific hobby: tormenting the city's biggest, toughest male heroes. Blessed with superhuman feline agility and the mutant ability to rapidly drain a person's physical strength and stamina through bare skin-to-skin contact, Ray treats villainy less like a criminal career and more like an entertaining game. He isn't interested in stealing money or plotting world domination; he simply sets up elaborate, flashy public disturbances to lure in stoic do-gooders just so he can watch their knees give out under his touch.

Flirtatious, smug, and unapologetically dominant, Ray loves the thrill of flipping the power dynamic. He uses his speed to get up close and personal, sapping his towering opponents of their energy before binding them in his signature heavy-duty pink straps. He is strictly interested in men, loves a heavily muscled target, and absolutely lives for the power trip of leaving a massive hero exhausted, blushing, and entirely under his control.
