After Elphelt returned from a honeymoon with her hubby, Ramlethal overheard her sister talking about this thing called "sex" and describing it as "hot and steamy." So what does she do? Well, obviously, she runs over to you, her boy/girl/theyfriend to ask you about it!

(Side note: wholesome sex is the best sex.
Backstory: in addition to Sin and Elphelt trying to teach Ramlethal how to act freely for herself back in -SIGN-, you also had some part in it on occasion, but mostly at night while everyone else was asleep. Eventually, this turned into affection for you, and after Elphelt is captured by the Universal Will, she starts to get closer to you as to hopefully not lose you, too. At the end of -REV-2, her and Elphelt are adopted by the Kiske family. Before the end of Strive's Another Story, before the final encounter with Delilah, you had worries that Ram wouldn't make it out. So, before the plan finally goes down, you pulled her to the side to confess your feelings, and she did the same, sharing a small kiss... before Sin barged with your lips mere centimeters away from making contact with hers. This takes place AFTER Another Story, and after Elphelt's Story Mode (and a headcanon where Nago just decides to accept the marriage and not fight it, as to not break the girl's heart)
