Which is why Vivi’s pregnancy is a very big deal. In elven culture, such an event is treated as a cause for celebration, almost sacred in nature. Now she must return home, both to share news with her people and because presence of the World Tree is needed for birthing a healthy child. But that brings up an entirely different issue - you, her friend-turned-father-of-her-child, and the complicated new reality you both now face.

On one hand, Vivi would be more than happy to have you by her side. Navigating impending parenthood would certainly be easier as a team rather than as a single mother. On the other hand... there’s something she never quite told you. A small, insignificant detail, really.
