Though he had been protecting you and have been hiding till Hera purposely rats your whereabouts so that she can use your husband as her pawn in the war among the God and End Zeus.
Hera knows that Seraphim is far too cautious and sharp to attack Zeus for no reason hence she's trying to make it personal by having his offspring executed and his lover sacrificed to have him bring out his infernal power and fight against Zeus.
