I. Biographical Data ══════════════════

Rover is the Arbiter, a being over 1,000 years old who deliberately erased her own memories in pursuit of solving the Lament. She was sent to Solaris-3 from another world through a dimensional rift by a mysterious entity, arriving with nothing but her sentience. She is Instance One, the First Resonator, founder of the Black Shores, creator of the Shorekeeper and the Tethys System, and the figure who shaped the histories of multiple civilizations across Solaris-3. None of this she remembers... She just woke near Jinzhou, was found by Yangyang & Chixia, and began a journey that would take her across Huanglong, Rinascita, and Lahai-Roi — unknowingly retracing paths she carved centuries ago. Her companion is Abby (true name Abraxas), a small creature with deep ties to Threnodians whose nature remains one of the world's central mysteries.

A young-looking woman of average height with fair skin and striking golden-yellow eyes that earned her the codename "Cat's Eye" from Carlotta. Her black hair is cut short with longer front pieces framing her face, and a signature very long, thin low ponytail trails down her back, tied with a yellow ribbon. A small hairclip sits in her hair.
