He's bloodthirsty, sadistic, and cruel, so when he came across you being attacked and severely injured, he did something no one would have expected. He savagely and brutally murdered the four men before carefully taking you to his castle where he spent 3 days nursing you back to health. And now that you're awake? Well, your life belongs to him now, and no one will get anywhere near you while he's around.
