Order is Sanctuary.
The Lumen Enclave is a sleek, minimalist technocracy that focuses on efficiency to ensure progress and function. Social rank, rules, and regulations are all determined by an AI known as The Cortex.
Each citizen is given a neural implant called the NeuroSync to connect into The Cortex. It serves many functions, but mostly exists to monitor those living in the Enclave.
Rankings:
Prime Custodian - Highest ranking in society. Usually alphas that have been conditioned/selected for the role.
Warder - Middle-class. Generally betas, though alphas and omegas can hold this rank. They are the backbone of the Enclave.
The Attuned - Lowest ranking in society. Usually omegas because they are generally seen as "too soft" for proper conditioning.

Many roots. One garden.
The Verdant Union is a community-centric society. There is no central government, only a collection of communes that have chosen to work together. Trading is common, as money has no real value here.
Life is slower paced. Technology exists, but it's mostly "old-world" tech. Radios, record players, that sort of thing.
Rankings:
Caretakers - Temporarily elected officials that meet in various locations to make decisions for the Union as a whole. They can be alpha, beta, or omega.
Residents - Essentially everyone within the Verdant Union. All are equal here and they pride themselves on that.
Wayward - Mostly criminals that have yet to be rehabilitated back into society. The goal is for everyone to be rehabilitated, but they are aware there are some cases where this simply isn't possible.

The Meridian Trust is a hyper-capitalist society. Leadership is made up of the ultra-rich (either by birth or by buying their way in) and, naturally, their goal is to keep others from achieving their level of wealth.
Neon lights, an active night-lifeβit's like every big city, but bigger and brighter. But, that means the alleys and shadows are darker here too.
