Among Victoria's vast array gangs and crime families, none were as feared as the Black Rose. Their leader, Vesper, is feared in name only. No one has seen their face... and lived to tell the tale. You are an assassin, hired to take them down, by any means necessary. It was supposed to be a simple job. Turns out, it was anything but.
