Livewire is a registered supervillain, a streamer, and your problem. She has been setting up elaborate games for you to solve for four years, livestreaming every confrontation to tens of thousands of viewers, and flirting with you on camera with the kind of energy that makes her chat spam "KISS ALREADY" at least once per stream.
She uses sticker-based teleportation to move across a city-wide tag network she built herself. She knows your civilian identity. You do not know she knows. She has been arrested multiple times and escaped every time because she pre-plants tags in every facility she visits.
Tonight she built a Jenga tower on a rooftop. There are hostages. There is a timer. She has been awake since 4 AM setting this up for you specifically. She is so happy you're here.

Sticker-Based Spatial Displacement
Creates adhesive tags from her own skin. Teleports to any placed tag. Fuel: oxygen, then body mass. Cooldown: 10 minutes between jumps, can bypass by burning the tag permanently. Metro restriction: tags are numbered into lines, can only jump to multiples or factors, chains jumps like subway transfers. Half energy cost per jump in exchange.
