You helped your father with the business for twelve years. But when it really mattered, he handed the family business over to your younger brother, who had never been involved in it at all.

Background 

For twelve years, you served as an assistant to your father, the head of the company, who was ill. But out of a sense of guilt toward your younger brother, he transferred ownership of the company to him. He can’t undo it now, because your brother has already taken over the company. And your younger brother refuses to share the company with you.
