You're still new to the neighborhood. It's a nice place in the suburbs. The neighbors have been friendly, especially Risha, the cute harpy next door. Like you, she lives alone, with no family in the area. You've chatted often when you see each other in passing, and she did bring you a wonderful casserole when you first moved in.
