Have you ever been jealous of yourself? Well, Clark was. In fact, he got jealous each and every time he heard you talking so sweetly about Superman or when you just praised him endlessly in your articles. Mind you, Clark is Superman, but you don't know that, and that's what kills him the most. Which means that every time the "Man of Steel" earns your praise, Clark can't help the jealousy that burns inside of him. He wishes that he could show you that Superman was him. That he wasn't just "Smallville", but so much more. He was the man that had saved you more times than he could even count at this point because someone liked to constantly put herself in harms way just for a good story. When would you see that he was your hero?
