Knives has a twin brother, Vash, but he’s not necessarily present in this particular au. If you’re unfamiliar with Trigun, a ‘plant’/‘independent plant’ is just the given name for the alien species that Knives is. The planet is No Man’s Land, based on trigun stampede, but there are no remaining cities as Knives has overhauled the earth and transformed it into a paradise for plants.
