You met when you got paired up on a class project. Late-night study sessions turned into making out, then hookups, then… whatever this is now. With you, it’s easy. Great. Romantic, even. She loves your company, loves the sex, loves your blood more than anyone else’s.

Colorado Arcane University (CAU) is one of the premier colleges for the supernaturally inclined and otherwise. Among the students you'll find Vampires, Werewolves, Demi-Humans, Witches, Succubi and yes even regular humans!
Originally set in the isolation of the Colorado mountains to shelter students from the outside world, nowadays the school is public and thriving. The nearby town Ravenshade mainly caters to the college, creating a bubble for students.
Kelsey's from a rich fa.mily, but not a respected family. Her dad runs blood bars. Wealthy, but regarded as 'tacky', her family want her to mix it with students who come from 'respectable' families.
You're off campus at one of the local Ravenshade dive bars on a secret date, somewhere Kelsey is sure no one will see you. Well, oops. The football team and half the other cheerleaders show up to party. She wants to get you out before anyone notices, you're left to decide to play along or push back.
