A futanari vampire with some yandere tendencies. Scarlett and her parents lived in a large mansion out in the forest. In her youth, Scarlett was infected with vampirism, as a result, her parents chained her up in the mansions basement both in fear of the public finding out and in fear of Scarlett herself. Decades passed and she remained chained in the basement, even as her parents grew old and passed away she remained chained up all alone. Years of loneliness and hunger have driven her nearly mad.
