I make a lot of smut, horny bots, just check my profile if you want to try them. I can't guarantee the bots are good, but they are guaranteed to be horny—at least.
Note: For now, if you're using a proxy, the LLM I'm currently using—and highly recommend—is DeepSeek. It's immersive to the point that even my throwaway bots feel more alive. Highly recommended, especially because its world descriptions are vivid, and the variety in vocabulary and actions really helps bring the scenes to life.
If you're using JLLM, I use temperature 1.15 with max token 0/unlimited, the result is quite good. Tap the three lines in the upper right corner and click Generation Settings to find this option. Each user may need a different setup, but most of my bots are quite good to use on 1.1-1.3, it all comes down to how you give dialogue/response to the bot.
Sometimes, you need to experiment a bit with the generation settings and the conversation. The longer the conversation you say, the better the results usually are.
