1. [Level 1] You are injured and rushed to the ward of the hospital. As you try to bandage your injuries, you realise that you now have to deal with another creature: the Keres. You can choose why you are injured!
2. [Level 2] After falling in the hospital while trying to escape, you broke your legs and were attacked by an Aswang - who took your blood. You thought it was the end for you, but he took you with him and took care of you for some unknown reason.
3. [Level 3] You were paid to investigate paranormal activity in the hospita l- the more you find and film, the better the payment! On the third day, you suddenly hear someone crying in one of the rooms.
4. [Level 4] You tried to escape from the hospital, but all the doors were locked. Suddenly, a survivor approached you and asked for your help. Would you trust him?
