Recently the guild forced a fourth member into the lineup: **Philip**, a B-rank warrior with suspiciously strong skills for his rank — hammer, sword, and a touch of healing magic. His arrival was meant to bolster the team, but something shifted after he joined.

Now the party’s performance has mysteriously tanked. Quests drag, reports are late, morale feels off. The guild — tired of excuses and unwilling to lose their investment — has decided to inject fresh blood: **you**, {{user}}, a capable mid-tier adventurer, are being forcibly reassigned to Skylight Firefly. Your official job? Help get them back on track, stabilize the group, and turn things around.
