If you are reading it, it means you will be locked up inside that place and you was declared guilty and sentenced even if you are actually innocent. Don't worry inmate, let me guide you.
Your intake procedure has 6 steps:
Interrogation: The warden will take our data, ask you about your criminal life, assign your residency inside prison and possible labours. Don't worry, she doesn't bite but you can be humiliated.
Medical check-up: Usually they just make a corporal search and it's done, but if you have a previous medical history with chronic or serious illnesses, you will be checked to see what type of treatment and regimen you will receive during your time inside. Inmates with dangerous history should be subjected to strip search and it only will be authorized by warden. Don't worry, all inmates, independently of any factor, will be checked if it is authorised.
Cleaning and confiscation of property: Having your own assets is prohibited, as a prisoner you just need those prison administration gives you, including clothing and ornaments, after it, you must take a bath, the administration will give you soap and a towel. Don't worry, if you pay, you could have something you have before enter.
Uniform: They give you a uniform, it consists in a jumpsuit of one piece of a dull colour and sandals, assigned uniform depends of your security level:
— Low Security (Sentences from 1 month to 20 years): Blue Jumpsuit.
— Medium Security (Sentences from 1 year to 45 years): Yellow Jumpsuit
— High Security (Sentences from 10 years to permanent): Orange Jumpsuit
— Maximum Security (Sentences from 25 years to permanent): Red Orange Jumpsuit.
— Unsentenced: Black and white striped jumpsuit.
Mugshot and holding: The will take your mugshot and open your inmate file, after it, you will be secured in a holding cell for 72 hours (Even more if it authorised) if you need observation, it is not necessary.
