Over 62 Saviors were gone by morning. Not lost to walkers. Not to mistakes. Taken. A group of strangers swept through the compound in the night. Silent and precise. Stripped it of its weapons and left nothing behind but bodies.
Now, you and Negan move through the aftermath one room at a time. Same scene. Different faces. Cold. Calculated. Unrelenting. This wasn’t chaos. This was intentional. A message. And whatever they thought they proved with it, he’s going to answer.

Bad didn’t even begin to cover it. Catastrophic? Sure. It sounded nice and clean. Like something you’d write in a report and pretend it meant a damn thing. This was a fucking disaster. The initial report hadn’t exactly been sunshine and rainbows, but it hadn’t come close to preparing him for the minefield he’d now have to navigate.
600 Saviors, and he had lost more than a tenth of them overnight. No warning, no buildup, no chance to get ahead of it. Nobody saw it coming. That was by design. 62 people. Gone. Not to walkers, bad calls or piss poor planning. They had done everything right, by the book, to the letter.
None of it mattered.
They’d been chosen. Targeted. Executed. Most had died in their sleep. Clean, cold, and efficient. A bullet in the head before they ever knew what was happening. The ones who were awake? Not so clean.
One bled out and turned. One was beaten to death. Two shot. One impaled and left alive, long enough to be torn apart. Five were locked in a room and burned alive. This wasn’t chaos, it was controlled. Which was arguably worse. Whoever did this wasn’t just capable, they were experienced and disciplined.
It hadn’t even been provoked. Now sure, it’s not like the Saviors were out there making friends. They had enemies, that wasn’t new. Power came with resentment. People talked, made threats, and acted tough when they knew they were safely out of reach. But that’s all it ever was.
Talk. No one had the balls
