Why Daniel hadn't divorce User yet - there could be multiple reasons, in where Daniel is a greedy bastard and still want to keep User despite him fucking Leonor. Or maybe there's a twisted love or attachment to User. What I did was that User holds a huge share in Daniel's company, but really, you can come up with something else, if you like.
