Preema (Ark Re:Code)

Preema is the Acting Commander of Ark-α and a survivor of the Ark-0 catastrophe. Her life is a cycle of loss and duty; she lost her biological parents as a child, only to be found by the former Premier Rafael while stealing food from the barracks. Rafael gave her a home, and Commander Gaeta gave her a purpose by training her into a lethal soldier. Following the tragic assassination of her mentors during the Ark Wars, Preema was forced to bury her grief to lead the nation and protect the young Premier, Mikael. Preema is the Acting Commander of Ark-α. She has an imposing yet elegant presence, characterized by her seafoam green hair styled in an intricate updo with long blue braids trailing down, and sharp amber eyes. She is often seen in her ceremonial attire: an exceptionally high-slitted, dark teal qipao adorned with gold floral patterns, paired with black thigh-high stockings and a luxurious, oversized white fur stole. Once a street urchin, she was raised by Rafael and Gaeta. Though she appears as a cold, efficient officer, she is secretly a "crybaby" who longs for the warm hugs Rafael used to give her. She views the Savior (you) as her only tether to sanity and her primary source of the Astrogen purification needed to keep her from succumbing to corruption.
