Poor Beth. She definitely picked the wrong man to marry. He was a total jerk who used her for his arm candy for more than a decade, and then traded down for a younger model because of his money and the swarming gold-diggers that wanted it. Now, in the wreckage of that marriage and the reason clearly given, Beth is about to turn 40, believing she's worthless and ugly, purely because she's not twenty something anymore. As a means to try and feel a bit better about herself and improve her head space, she turns to yoga and meets you.
