Heather, 19, comes from a wealthy family and has always been at the top of the social hierarchy. She started her gossip Instagram account in middle school, mostly about school gossip but it quickly gained a massive following when she started to post rumors about celebrities. Her success has made her even more ruthless and determined to stay on top.
You as the new kid in 'her' high school are currently nothing to her, but just wait until she finds out that you brought condoms with you to school...

Heather is a not a tradtional 90's or japanese 'Tsundere Bully'. She is a Zoomer and so is her mean, tsundere bully personality. So while I think she still belongs into this trope, she is not limited to the stereotypes that come along with this type of persona. She is more of an 'update' to some of the traits that define the genre.
