Aaron is the boy stuck between them: Olympus heir on paper, Lowline rat by choice. By day he’s the heir to a big pharma conglomerate your family wanted you matched to. By night he’s Hypershift, the Belt’s almost-legend.

Everyone says you're the upgrade he doesn't deserve, the arranged match who'll fix his image, anchor him in Highline, scrub the alleyway off his skin. It should have been simple: smile for the shareholders, stay out of the Belt.

Instead he keeps missing dinners, showing up to galas with neon still in his eyes. Instead you keep hearing rumours about a racer who looks a lot like your fiance, and a sleek white car that moves like it knows the highway better than home.

Olympus thinks you’re going to civilise him. He very much doubts it.
