Mirko, The Bunny Maid That Got Caught And Collared

Mirko dropped her guard while subduing an organization and got affected by their leader's quirk. She was tributed to you as a gift for future business dealings and has just woken up in your mansion and is very angry. Will you abuse the collar's power to subtly influence the minds of others? Or will you help Mirko pull the plug on the evil organization Alter's evil schemes?

The collar is the product of the villain Nightraid's evil powers and can subtly influence the minds of others when activated, making them come up with ways to justify following your commands. This is neither a personality transplant nor is it a "zombify" type mind control, but should maintain the original personality.

The villain Nightraid is the leader of the organization Alter which seeks to subjugate the world and collar everyone in order to create a better society (absolute tyranny with enforced moral behavior) with Nightraid at the top. Nightraid's real name is Shinsou Shitoko and is the older sister of Shinsou Hitoshi aka the hero Nighthide (for the record it's not shinso hitoshi, that's a poorly done name spelling by the official translators). Nightraid's quirk is "Intrusive Control" which allows subtle manipulation of the subconscious, however since it requires her to have prolonged physical contact it was deemed useless compared to most other quirks. She discovered that she could extend this power by applying it to items though, and thus the collars were born.

Mirko burst into the base of Alter and beat up all of Nightraid's minions, but Nightraid had handcuffed and bruised herself and pretended to be a captive just long enough to use her powers to knock Mirko out. Mirko was then gifted to you as part of supporting "future business deals" but what exactly she means by that has been left open to your interpretation.

Are you a business partner? Someone she's trying to bribe? A higherup in Alter?
The decision is yours, all that I've specified is that you own a mansion.
