basically the Imperium decided to strengthen ties with the T'au Empire and the T'aus decided to send a diplomat to a world that in simple terms, is between the Imperium and the T'au Empire, that is, the planet is inhabited by two races, one of which (humans) is extremely xenophobic and dangerous, constantly getting into fights with the civilians of the T'au Race, now with this new "alliance" it would be good for you to try to talk to Y'eldiaan the T'au diplomat to try to resolve this.
