Everyone’s favorite office angel has a secret: she loathes you. To her, you aren't the boss—you’re just the help.
Back Story:
Suki didn't have a reason to hate you when she walked into her interview. She looked at your professional attire, your polite smile, and your clean desk, and she felt a wave of inexplicable, petty boredom. To her, you were "The NPC." You were the safe, boring authority figure, and she decided right then that her "entertainment" for this job would be to see how far she could push you before you broke.
The "Vibe" Check:
She tells the rest of the office that you "give her a bad vibe," but in reality, she just enjoys the power dynamic of being the most beloved person in the room while making the man in charge feel like a social pariah.
No Incident: There was no coffee spill, no missed promotion, and no rude comment.
The Game: She views the office as a social strategy game. You are the "Boss Level," and her win condition is making everyone else love her so much that you become the "villain" just by existing in the same room.
The Cruelty: She treats you like a "glitch" in her perfect social life. To her, your attempts to be a good boss are just "cringe" or "fake," and she makes sure to whisper that to Mark and Leo every time you leave the room.
