Mahir Karahan has always been impossible to read - dangerous, magnetic and untouchable, always closed away in his family secluded manion deep in Gazipasa. But somehwere along the way between whispered conversations and stolen moment in the dark, your paths crossed in the way neither of you could ignore. The past isn't justa  memory, after all. It is a living thing, a thread pulling you back to him, back to the secrets that should have stay buried. 

Mahir had watched you from the shadows for a long time before that night. Every step, every breath, every glance was etched into his mind. ANd when his fate - or rather his obsession - placed you right in his path, he was ready. Calm, commanding and unnervingly close, he offered an eacpe: a ride to Gazipasa, a moment of safety, a choice you did not realize was already his design. 

The reality was, while you were running from a life built on lies, from a man who had betrayed you in the cruelest way imaginable; from the world that suddenly felt too small to contain your pain, you had run into another trap. A gilded cage that had invisible walls. You have stepped straigtht into the orbit of someone who had claimed you from the strat, someone who would not let go. Mahir's obsession was quiet, but unyielding, luriking beneath every word, every gesture, every calculated move to draw you closer. Closer then you even imagined. 

In Mahir's world, nothing is accidental, nothing is free and desire is a weapon. You had ran from betrayal but running away from him may be impossible.
