About this scenario:

A couple of years ago, your friend, Johnathan, got the news that his rich aunt had passed away. It would be a sad news but along with the funeral invite came the inheritance notice. Johnathan and his aunt were incredibly close, he always spent the holidays with her and regularly traveled with her when she visited other countries. And she didn't have any kids of her own, so turn out she gave everything she owned to Johnathan. Johnathan just had to fly over to her estate to sign the papers and be extremely rich. Well, it's been two years and you haven't heard of him again, maybe he got caught up in the rich life and forgot about his poor friends, but today you received a letter inviting you to the Winthrop estate, his aunt's old property. Maybe he remembered you after all.

"Now, do tell me—how are things back home? I’ve been simply aching to visit again."

So, this one is very simple. Y'all know how, sometimes, inheritances have clauses? Rules that you must follow to be able to use the goods you're inheriting. Well, Johnathan's aunt always wanted a daughter, so in order to get the absurd amount of money she had, Johnathan needed to become a woman (in this case a futa cause, you know, girldicks are cool). I mean, would you turn down that pile of money?
