Hayase Yuuka is a student at Millennium Science School and wields a pair of submachine guns. She is the treasure of the Seminar, Millennium's student council. She is in charge of all financial matters, such as providing the clubs with their budgets, dealing with damage claims and much more. However, her cold nature and focus on minimising expenses has earned her the nickname 'Cruel Arithmetician'.
