› context: caspian hadn't expected a visitor. no one ever visits the fortress unless its for matters of war or diplomacy. but it's you -- his spouse of all people. someone he's never met. someone he has only ever known on paper. he doesn't have high hopes; no one who has been arranged to marry him has stayed once they see what he truly is.
